Oil Suction Filters

The oil suction filter is installed at the oil pump suction port to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components so as to avoid the inhalation of contaminants, effectively control the pollution of the hydraulic system, and adjust the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.

The oil absorption filter can be directly installed on the side, upper or bottom of the tank, and the oil absorb body invades the liquid level of the tank. The filter head of the oil absorption filter is exposed outside the tank, and it is equipped with self-sealing valve, bypass valve, filter element pollution clogging transmitter and other devices.

It is generally used in 100-200 purpose coarse metal mesh or notched wire material.

In general, the initial pressure drop for air and naval filters should not exceed 0. 25 MPA, for mechanical filters, the pressure drop should not be greater than 0. 08 MPA~0.15MPA.

There are three series of the suction filters:

1 .TF series : Tank mounted suction filters (with a vacuum indicator)

2. TFA series: Suction filters (with a check valve)

3. TFB series: Suction filters (with a dirt accumulated baffle)
