Describe:

The plate filter (also known as flat filter or non-woven air conditioning filter) is generally used in the primary filter of clean room, mainly used to filter dust particles above 1 μ m. 

The outer frame materials of the plate filter are stainless steel, paper frame, aluminum frame, galvanized frame, etc., the filter materials include non-woven cloth, nylon mesh, activated carbon filter, metal hole mesh, etc., the protective net has double-sided plastic wire mesh and double-sided galvanized wire mesh, etc .

Characteristics and applications:

This series of filters are suitable for filtering dust particles with equivalent diameter of more than 1 μ m and can effectively filter dust and sundries in the air. The Filter Material adopts imported coarse filter cotton and can be widely used in the inlet of various air conditioning ventilation as prefilter.

2. the waste paper frame filter can be incinerated, no pollution.

3. the outer frame design adopts the metal frame, can be used repeatedly.
