If the new oil is used without strict filter and purification, it will bring serious harm to the life of the precision components and the reliability of the work of the whole system. The cleanliness of hydraulic oil can be improved fundamentally only when circulating filtration is carried out simultaneously with the operation of hydraulic system. 

Reverse osmosis filtration equipment is widely used in industrial production, industrial pure water system is designed from reverse osmosis process, referred to as reverse osmosis equipment. The water quality of reverse osmosis equipment is required before influent. If the water flow through reverse osmosis membrane directly through high pressure for a long time, it will cause membrane blockage.

 In general, there are multi-medium filters, ion exchange, various kinds of Precision Filters in the pre-treatment equipment of the whole pure water system. These pre-treatment filters can effectively remove the suspended matter in the water.
