Tubular Automatic Backwashing Filter System (FST-ABF-150):
There are three or more parallel filter components in the column filter system. When the filter is backwashed, one group is backflushing, and the others are in normal filter. The valves of the filtration system are all V-type soft sealing ball valves with temperature resistance up to 250℃.
Tube backwash filter consists of tank, filter element assembly, equipment connecting pipeline, automatic valve, control cabinet, etc. A plurality of filter tubes are arranged inside the casing of the filter. The waste water flows from the outside of the filter tube to the inside of the filter tube, and finally flows out from the liquid collecting chamber of the filter. The control adopts pressure difference / time control (pressure difference first). When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the set pressure difference limit, the filter enters the reverse flushing process. The filter tube unit that needs backwashing stops filtering and backwash.
The filter element adopts stainless steel "metal wedge winding screen". The filter element has extremely high strength and durability, can withstand the cyclic impact of filtering backflushing, and has the advantage of easy washing. Because the wedge mesh is a near-two-dimensional filter, it has no dead zone where particles accumulate and clog. The filter element is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgical, papermaking and other high-demand, high-precision filtering applications.
Principle of operation:
Under normal working condition, the medium passes through the filter module from the bottom up, and the particles and debris in the raw material are blocked by the outer surface of the filter element, and the clean liquid is discharged from the body and out through the outlet of the filter. When backwashing is in operation, the flushing fluid flushes the solid particles accumulated on the outer surface of the filter element according to the reverse flow during filtration. System external steam interface flange for start-up or maintenance of the sewage in time to sweep the debris through the filter discharge valve.
When backwashing, the filter closes the inlet of one of the valves, opens the backwash, after delayed backwash, opens the feed, closes the backwash into the normal filtration. The filter element is washed in reverse direction by using the pressure of the filtered material medium from inside to out, and each group is backwashed in sequence. After the backwashing is finished, the pressure difference of the system returns to the normal working state and the backwash is finished. Until the next backwash.
