Production describle:

Sinofiltec series all-plastic PP polypropylene core filter, made of 100% pure pp (polypropylene) material, makes the filter satisfy a lot of chemical acids by virtue of the excellent chemical resistance of pp material. Fst-ppf series pp core filter adopts one-off integral molding technology, no seam, no dead angle, accurate specification. FST-PPF series PP plastic core filter is a high quality, high efficiency, economical and practical liquid filter product with small volume, light weight, easy to use, large filtration area, low clogging rate and fast filtration speed. No pollution, thermal dilute stability and chemical stability good many advantages. 

Characteristics:

Working mode: side in and out, side in and out. 

Smooth inner surface of filter shell, no groove seam, no dead angle, easy to clean. 

Sinofiltec series filter adopts patent design to prevent leakage.

Filter inlet and outlet: DN50-DN125 flange. 

Design pressure: 0.6Mpa. 

According to filter flow requirements, the core filter can be installed 3-150 cores for selection (standard melt-blown filter, winding filter, folding filter). 

Filtration rate: reference medium water : 20-240m3/h (depending on filtration accuracy and liquid viscosity). 

Working  temperature: 80 ℃ Max continuous use. 

Installation filter selection: 10-40 inch standard filter, precision 0.1-100um optional. 

The material of filter core has folded filter core (polytetraethylene, polysulfone, nylon, polypropylene, acetate fiber), PP wire winding, degreasing cotton winding wire, pp melt spray etc. 

Applications:
