Describle:

This type of the self-cleaning filter is a kind of structural form which is designed and developed according to the different installation requirements of pipeline. 

The automatic cleaning filter is usually installed at the inlet of pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, fixed water level valve or other equipment to remove impurities in the medium. 

In order to protect the valve and equipment from normal use, its function is to filter impurities in the water to protect the valve and equipment from normal operation. 

Principle of Operation:

The water to be treated enters the body from the inlet, and the impurities in the water deposit on the Stainless Steel Filter, resulting in pressure difference. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is monitored by the differential pressure switch. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the plc electronic control device gives the hydraulic control valve and drives the motor signal, which causes the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, the filter core is cleaned, At the same time, the control valve is opened for discharge, and the whole cleaning process lasts only for tens of seconds. When the cleaning is over, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, the system returns to its initial state, and the system begins to enter the next filtration process. 

After installation, the equipment is debugged by technicians, the filtration time and cleaning conversion time are set, the water to be treated enters the body from the inlet, and the filter starts to work normally.
