Automatic Electric Sucking Self-Cleaning Water Filter (FST-XT-06/08/10/12/14/16):

Production describle:

The electric sucking filter is equipped with an sucking scanner in the filter net. The scanners are driven by the motor and a drain valve is installed on the end cover of the filter. During cleaning, the motor drives the sucking scanner to sweep the filter surface, absorb the dirt impurities, and drain the filter through the drain valve. There is no need to shut down during cleaning. When the backwash self-cleaning filter works, the turbid liquid enters the lower chamber of the filter through the inlet and the inner cavity of the filter core through the diaphragm hole. 

The impurity larger than the gap of the filter core is intercepted, the net liquid passes through the gap to the upper cavity, and finally it is sent out from the outlet. The machine is vertical or horizontal, vertical or parallel to the pipe, the water to be filtered from the inlet into the filter. 

Principle of Operation:

The filter element of electric suction filter adopts high strength sintered screen and automatically cleans filter element by pressure difference control and timing control. When the impurity accumulates on the surface of the filter core, the pressure difference between inlet and outlet increases to a set value, or the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends out a signal to drive the backwashing mechanism. 

When the inlet of the backwash sucker is directly opposite to the inlet of the filter, the drain valve is opened, and the system releases the pressure and drains, and a negative pressure area with a relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element appears inside the sucker and the filter core. The net circulating water is forced to flow into the inner side of the filter core from the outside of the filter core, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter core flow with water into the sucker and discharge from the drain valve. During the whole self-cleaning process, the filtered water continues to flow out from the outlet. 

The electronic control system controls the self-cleaning process of the electric automatic cleaning screen filter by the differential pressure meter. If the pressure difference does not change after a self-cleaning cycle, the second self-cleaning will take place in 30 seconds.
