Production describle:
This Return Filter consists of Cover, Barrel, Bypass-Valve and Magnet. There are mounting holes or the clogging indicator on the top.
The Oil Filter is usually installed in the return line of the hydraulic system to filter the metal particles and dirt in the oil. The permanent magnetic steel is set on the upper part of the filter core, and the metal particles from the system are first adsorbed on the magnetic steel, thus improving the filtration accuracy of the system.
Characteristics and advantages:
The filter can be directly installed on the top, side or bottom of the tank. It has the advantages of large oil capacity, low pressure drop, maintenance, replacement and convenient cleaning of the filter core. And self-sealing valve, bypass valve and differential pressure signaling device, thus simplifying the system pipeline. The starting pressure of the transmitter is 0.35 Mpa.
When replacing or cleaning the filter core, first twist the self-sealing screw on the end cover to make the self-sealing valve cut off the oil circuit, then remove the end cover and remove the sleeve outside the filter core and magnetic steel for cleaning or replacement.
The oil diffuser allows the oil to flow smoothly into the tank to weaken the bubbles in the loop and to avoid the disturbance of the dirt deposited on the bottom of the tank. When installing the filter element, please note that the adjustment plates in the pedestal of the top cover of the bypass valve should be restored.
