RFB Series Direct Return Oil Line Filter (FST-RFB-25~1300L/min):

RFB series direct return oil return filter used in hydraulic system oil return fine filtration, filter hydraulic system due to wear and tear of metal particles, As well as the rubber impurities and other contaminants in the sealing parts to keep the oil flowing back to the tank clean 

Performance and characteristics :

1. RFB series direct return Oil Filter can be directly installed on the top, side or bottom of the oil tank, the head of the filter donkey is exposed outside the tank, and the part of the barrel intrudes into the tank, thus simplifying the system pipeline. The   system is equipped with permanent magnet to filter the ferromagnetic particles above 1um in the oil fluid by making the system more compact 

2. RFB series direct return oil filter with permanent magnet.

3. Bypass valve: when cold oil starts, the main engine of filter pressure difference caused by low liquid temperature of system, fluidity and other factors cannot work, and if the filter core is blocked by contaminants, the bypass valve in parallel at the lower part of the filter cover will automatically open. 

4. A check valve is provided to protect the filter core and the normal operation of the system: the filter is placed on the side and bottom of the tank, and when the filter core is replaced, the oil in the tank does not flow out. 

5. There is a liquid flow diffuser, The liquid flow diffuser composed with the lower part of the simplified body can make the return oil flow smoothly into the tank, but it is not easy to produce bubble 6 filter element. 

6. The Filter Material is made of fiberglass, which has the advantages of high filtration precision, large oil flow capacity and small original pressure loss. The filter standard accords with ISO standard 

7. The filter has the characteristics of convenient installation, connection and replacement of filter elements.
