Product describle:
This filter is applied to hydraulic system feed back oil prefiltration It is used to filter the heavy solid comes from the component of the hydraulic and the rubber contamination of the sealing component this make sure the oil flow back tank is dean This filter is equipped with alarm,bypass valve and contamination trap.
It mainly has the foll owing performance:
1. The filter is directly placed on the filter cover, and the cylinder inserts into the oil liquid The oil-in is joined with screw thread or flange, and is joined with oil feed back pipe line. The pipe line is simply and the installation is easy
2. When the strainer core is plugged when we want to operate the filter, we only need to open the cover and take out the strainer core, then replace it and close the cover. It is convenient.
3. There are alarm of strainer core plugged at the oil-in, it is directly perceived and the fuction is alarm. We can know the strainer core is plugged through observing the alarm index gage. When the strainer core is plugged, the set pressure of the oil-in is0.35Mpa, and the alarm will send out si gal, in that case we should stop to replace the strainer core.
4. The filter is equipped with by-pass devices of oil path when strainer core is plugged, we can not deal with the accident when the alarm give alarm. The by-pass valve will open automatically when the oil-in pressure increase to 0 4Mpa, it will open another oil path to protect filter and make sure the system work smoothly.
5. The contamination will be filter ed and will be collected in the contamination on trap of the strainer core, and it will be take out when we replace the strainer core. This makes sure the filtered contamination on will not return the tank.
6. The strainer core use new chemical fiber filtering material, it possesses the strength of high filtering accuracy, the ability of oil through, a mall pressure loss and high ability of contamination filtering.
