RLF Series Return Line Oil Filter (FST--60~1300L/min):

Production describle:

The RLF series filters are installed in the hydraulic system oil return pipeline, used to remove the components in the oil wear metal powder and rubber, so that the flow back to the tank oil preservation cleaning.

Characteristics and advantages:

The filter core of the filter is made of chemical fiber, which has the advantages of high filtration precision, large oil flow capacity, small initial pressure loss and large amount of sewage, and is equipped with a differential pressure transmitter and a bypass valve. 

When the filter is clogged to the inlet and outlet pressure difference of 0.35mpa, the switch signal should be issued and the filter element should be replaced. 

If the filter element cannot be stopped immediately or no one is available to replace the filter element, the bypass valve installed in the upper part of the filter element will automatically open to protect the system. 

Applications:

The filters are mainly used in petroleum, chemical plant, steel factory, printing and dyeing factory, power plant, Construction Machinery accessories, agricultural machinery accessories, hydraulic machinery accessories, coal mine, ship manufacturing, military industry and other industrial fields.
