Production describle:

The return Oil Filter is located on the return pipeline of the system and is used to capture contaminants produced or intruded in the system before returning to the tank. Therefore, it is the most effective and important filter to control system pollution concentration. Although it is a low pressure pipeline, according to the operating condition of the transmission device, there will be pulsation or pressure shock, so the material and strength of the components should be fully considered.

Characteristics and advantages:
There are four types for the oil return filters, the chemical fiber type, paper type, mesh type and line-gap type . The chemical fiber filter is more effective than paper filter, and the precision is high. It is difficult to clean the chemical fiber filter and paper filter element after blocking, so it is necessary to replace the filter element. 
The return oil filter is equipped with a differential pressure signaling device. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter due to the pollution blockage reaches 0.35npa, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced by a new type of chemical fiber Filter Material. It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, low original pressure loss and large amount of sewage. Its filtration accuracy is calibrated with absolute filtration accuracy, filtration ratio isFilter radio β3,5,10 ,20 > 100, filtration efficiency  ≥ 99% and so on, which accords with the  ISO standard.
