Production describle:

This filter is made of new type chemical fiber filter  material. It is usually used in fine filtering of return oil of the  hydraulic system, it is used to filter the heavy solid of the system assemblies when they work, it makes the oil back tank clean and then improve the using age of the system and the component This filter can be directly placed at the upper cover of the tank, and the cylinder insert into the oil liquid This simplify the pipe line of the system. 

The oil-in is joined with screw thread or flange, besides this, it is also equipped with pressure difference alarm, oil circle by-pass valve and chffuser. When the filter is plugged or the temperature of the system is too low, or the flow pump station make the pressure of the oil-in 0.35Mpa, the alarm will atom atically send out signal. At that time, we should replace the strainer core or increase the temperature of the oil in time. 

If we can not stop to avoid the accident, the by-pass valve will automatically start to work, this makes the filter and the hydraulic system work normally (the pressure it is at 0.4Mpa). The liquid cdiffuser is placed at the bottom of the cylinder, it makes the back oil flow into the tank steadily, and it is uneasy produce bubble, besides, it can weaken the disturbance of the contamination on the bottom of the tank.

This filter use cirect-return Oil Filter, it makes replace strainer core or fill oil to tank very convenience. If we want to do these thing we only need to revolve the filter cover(cleaning cover), and there are three M18X1 5 oil-in at the filter upper, we can place the alarm or system at any oil-in Little oil liquid flow into the tank for filtering
